 On January, 15th, 2021, at the Ministry’s Head office, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung had a cordial meeting with Mr. Choi Joo Ho, General Director of Samsung Vietnam. Attending the meeting were representative leaderships from the Department of International Cooperation, Department of Industrial Relationship and Wages.
 On November 23, in Ho Chi Minh City, Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) held the opening ceremony of the National startup day for students 2020 and kick off the competition " Vocational education student's start up idea - Startup Kite”. Attending the ceremony were Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam; Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat; Deputy Minister of MOLISA Le Tan Dung; President of Ho Chi Minh city's People Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong, Leaders of Directorate of Vocational Education, representatives from the departments, sectors, localities, businesses and more than 2,000 vocational students.
 Vietnam has gained impressive achievements in poverty reduction in recent years under the leadership of the Party and the Government, but more will be done to ensure these efforts leave sustainable impacts.
The Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has signed a decision approving a support programme for persons with disabilities for 2021-2030. The programme aims to promote the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and Vietnam's Law on Persons with Disabilities.
