On April 09th, 2019, the Signing Ceremony of Joint Statement between Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam and Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Health care, Women and Families of Thüringen State (Federal Republic of Germany) on vocational education was held in Hanoi. Minister of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung and the President of Thüringen State – Mr. Bodo Ramelow chaired and witnessed the Signing Ceremony.
Prior the Signing Ceremony, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung and President Bodo Ramelow had a talks on sharing information and the cooperation situation between the two sides.
Sharing at the talks, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung emphasized the strategic partnership relationship between Vietnam and Federal Republic of Germany. The long-lasting and tight, effective cooperation between Federal Republic of Germany and MOLISA of Vietnam has not been only in the field of vocational education, but also in many important fields, namely, assessment of growth green, the project on laws,etc..
The President Bodo Ramelow thanked Minister for the solemn reception. He said that Thüringen State with natural area is 16.000 km2 and population is nearly 2,2 million people, after 30 years of implementing renewing and changing, Thüringen State have achieved many results on socio-economic development. The State has the strength on Medium and small enterprise operating effectively, dynamically. They play an important role in the industrial field of Germany. Especially, the rate of labours having job are really high. The State has the effective vocational education system – dual vocational training. Thus, Thüringen hope to enhance support Vietnamese youth in vocational education.
Minister Dao Ngoc Dung thanked the President of Thüringen State for the information shared in the talks, as well as, the Minister shared that in the field of vocational education, Vietnam imported 34 Curriculum set for 22 key proffessions and prepared implementation in 40 schools with the model of dual vocational training. Besides that, MOLISA also trained 4 courses on dispatching nurses to work and training in Germany; Sharing experience on management, training, fostering teachers and management staffs between the two countries...
According to Minister Dao Ngoc Dung, Vietnamese labourers’ potential are huge when all partners highly appreciates Vietnamese labour for the hard-working and smart. Besides this, the Vietnamese youth have the big demand on vocational education, especially in the high-tech areas. Therefore, Vietnam and other countries in ASEAN and Germany have many potential to push up the cooperation in this field.
